Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed with WhiskAffair SG through this website. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Your order

Please review your chosen products, quantities, packaging options, gift messages, delivery date and contact details before submitting your order. If something needs correcting, contact us promptly with your order number.

Product contents, available options, allergen information and care instructions are provided on the relevant product pages. Please contact us before ordering if you need clarification about ingredients or dietary requirements.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Singapore dollars (SGD). Delivery charges are additional and shown at checkout. Any promotional code is subject to its stated eligibility, expiry and usage conditions.

For manual PayNow orders, payment is due within 24 hours. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order and is not confirmation that payment has been received. Payment remains pending until we verify receipt. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 24 hours and reserved stock released.

Delivery

Deliveries are carried out by a third-party provider. Please select your delivery date in the basket and the correct number of delivery locations at checkout. Our Shipping Policy sets out delivery dates, time windows, charges and arrangements for multiple addresses.

Please provide accurate recipient details and ensure someone can receive the order during the delivery window. For delivery problems, contact WhiskAffair SG directly.

Returns and order problems

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges for our perishable products. If an order is damaged, incorrect, unsatisfactory or has not arrived, contact us so we can review the issue. See our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under applicable Singapore consumer law.

Corporate and bespoke orders

Corporate customisation and bespoke requests are handled through our enquiry process. Please refer to the written quotation and arrangements agreed for your order.

Personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. When supplying a gift recipient’s details, provide only the information needed to fulfil and deliver the order, and ensure you are authorised to share it for that purpose.
